Processing candle data in background?

I backtest for at lest 2 years back and it takes a while. Currently when I minimize browser, change to other app or my PC screen turns off the processing of candle data pauses.

Is there any way to have the process continue in the background?

I am afraid this is standard browser behavior, and there is not much we can do about it. It was also one of the reasons we introduced server-side backtesting.
