Pros and Cons of exchanges for DCA bots

I’m currently using KuCoin as it was one of the free tier exchanges. Now I’m subscribed with Basic I can choose any supported exchange. Previously I’ve botted with Binance when they had free fees with BNB.

What are the pros and cons of the exchanges?

I think it’s up to the min order sizes to choose what exchange you would like to use. If you have less capital I think exchanges like KuCoin or OKX are great to start with. After you’ve got enough capital I think moving to another exchange is beneficial.

was really hoping to see people’s experiences good and bad from exchanges with Gainium, so I should really go first:

KuCoin

  • 0.1% fees
  • minimum order $5 usually (some higher)
  • Easy signing in and checking balances
  • Confusing / cluttered interface on phone
  • Repeated problems with exchange not sending notifications to Gainium

Looking to move to another exchange.

Currently, I am still using ByBit. The minimum order sizes are a bit higher, but it is possible to find coins with smaller required order sizes. I am currently waiting for my bots to close their trades so I can open my new account on ByBit with Gainium referral for unlimited bots and then choose 10-15 coins I want to trade and set up my bots. The bots with small order sizes I am going to reinvest my profits until they are at a certain level that they make enough profit per trade. The other bots’ profits I then use again to open new ones.

Why you say higher min order sizes, what like?

If I remember correctly the minimum order size for some coins are higher on ByBit then on OKX or KuCoin.
