When you created and run a bot with manually imported pair lists, once a pair gets delisted from exchange, the bot stats(VALUE, CURRENT COST, MAX COST, USAGE) fail to be displayed.
[Optional] Steps to reproduce →
(1) Create new Bot
(2) Three dot button → select ‘Imp/Exp’
(3) Fill in the pairs manually → select ‘SAVE’
(4) ‘ADD NEW BOT’ and start running the bot
(5) For instance, the pair ‘10000LADYSUSDT’ gets delisted from the paper exchange
(6) The bot displays the following error message: Pair 10000LADYSUSDT doesn’t exist in paperBybitLinear
Expected result →
The bot stats(VALUE, CURRENT COST, MAX COST, USAGE) fail to be displayed, even if there are active deals remaining.
To resolve the issue, you need to refresh the Coin Pairs manually.
(1) Edit the bot → add or remove any random pair and Save the settings will resolve the issue.
Hello! Thank you for reporting this issue. We have received your bug report regarding bot stats not displaying correctly when a pair is delisted from an exchange, specifically with the bot URL you provided. We’ve identified this as a known bug and are working on a fix to ensure that bot statistics continue to display accurately even after a pair removal. We will update you shortly on the progress.
Great news! The issue where bot statistics weren’t displaying correctly after a pair was delisted has been fixed. This update will be deployed very soon. If you notice that your bot’s stats don’t update automatically once the fix is live, simply restarting your bot should resolve it.
Delisted or rebranded tokens and changes in the minimum order or step size regularly cause issues with bots of different bot providers and also those of Gainium in the past. How well are the bots prepared now to cope with them?
