I have the basic plan, and currently only have one hedge combo, and one hedge DCA. I’m trying to add another hedge combo. I should be able to on my plan right?
I have the same problem. I have 2x active Combos but when I want to add the 3rd it says I’ve exceeded my plan.
Hedge bots are just a grouping of two bots of their kind, hence they count as 2. Basic plan has 3 grids/combo limit, so in theory you could only have one hedge.
In the coming month or so we will be changing our billing system from bot number to resource usage, which is more flexible for users.
Yes, this! I have the same problem - but with the grid bots. In the past I was able to have 3 running, but yesterday (the 31st), after turning one of the 3 grid bots off and archiving it, I get an error message saying I can’t turn on a new grid bot because I already have 3 running. I don’t have any Combo or DCA bots running so its not that. I tried emptying my cache and it had no effect.
Hi @aressanch Mine is the same as @amy below. I was running 3 combo bots (not hedged combos) As of yesterday I cannot activate the 3rd again (other 2 single combos are still running).
It was working then I turned them off an back on and it wouldnt start. I thought I got 10 with the basic plan.
This seems fixed now. I’m back on 3 active combo bots now.
Something related to hedge bots, we are investigating the problem. In the meantime we have fixed it manually on your accounts.
