Signal entirely missing, nowhere to be found, logs empty

Bug info:

  • Bot URL → Gainium app
  • [Optional] Steps to reproduce → The signal to place additional safety order on the TST symbol was sent from TradingView (on 17.02.2025 at 21:30:01) and was never received nor can it be found in the logs
  • Expected result → act accordingly

If the signal is not in the logs it may have not been received by Gainium, and without logs there isn’t much we can investigate. First make sure the webhook was actually sent. Also preferably on a repeat signal, as TV occasionally have bugs where it says it’s sent when it’s not. Then let us know if it worked.

I guess there isn’t much I can do as I can only see if the signal is in the signal log on TV.
