Hello, I haven’t visited the platform in 30 days and now I’m noticing extreme delay and lag with chart loading speed. Whether in a bot or trading terminal, the chart load takes upwards of 2 minutes. Switching to a different timeframe adds another 1 to 2min. Is there a maintenance going on or something has changed with the site? Thanks.

Chart loading speed is mainly dictated by the time it takes from you computer to make a connection to the exchange, which is the one serving the candles to the chart. Slow loading chart has no effect on bot performance, as this is only UI for the user. I checked on my side and it loaded fast. It could be temporary, it could the exchange, slow network, etc. I noticed also that sometime the chart loads faster when I use VPN in another location as the exchange may connect faster to that location for whatever reason.
