Bug info:
It seems there is something wrong with the DCA calculation after it is above 10 SO, this has never happened before, only this month it happened twice, in different pairs in my trading view the price closes above the break event and profit, but in Gainium it closes with a minus
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have received your report regarding the DCA calculation issue and will investigate it promptly. Our team will review the details provided, and we will update you shortly. If you have any additional information or steps to reproduce the issue, feel free to share them to help us resolve this as quickly as possible.
Can you share the specific deal or bot ID where it happened?
If you are comparing the value of the deal in the deal list VS the value in the price chart there may be a discrepancy. That’s because the tradingview chart uses real time tick data while we only update the value on the deal list every minute.
Thanks for bringing this up! After reviewing the deals, everything seems to be working as expected. Each deal’s profit is calculated based on its specific order, rather than evaluating the entire position. In the cases you mentioned, the close price was lower than the average price for each respective deal, which is why it shows a loss in Gainium. If you believe there’s still an issue, feel free to share more details or examples, and we’ll gladly look into it further!
