Bug info:
I have BASIC plan subscription (max running bots GRID/COMBO=3)

Also i used referral link to have “unlimited trading” on OKX (this one works good).

While i have >=3 bots running on OKX i cant start any bots on ByBit (always got a message i need to upgrade my subscription to run, i suppose i should be able to run up to 3 due to my subscription).
