Before starting a grid bot (the only bots I’m using here), I might need to convert some base to quote (or the opposite). I’ve been doing that directly on the exchange in the past, but then I saw the Terminal and for me, it was an easy way to do the same.
But I’m having question coz in dashboard now, I’m having unexpected new status added aside the grid status and I’ve no idea what it exactly means.
First, I’m supposed to use simple deal, but sometimes I forget and end up using smart deal. After my order is executed (market), I’m not expecting anything else but play with grid bots only. And so have grid bot status only.
So what am I supposed to do with the following status, is there something I should do? What’s the difference between smart and simple deal? Am I using that for right purpose (process 1 order and not directly do it on the exchange app) ? Coz I just don’t get it.
Lastly, my last grid bot had a possible issue that lead to suddenly double the amount of XRP in my account, unsure if it’s because of terminal or starting grid with price buy set (but once running, that price has been reset, skipped and maybe it suddenly buy all required amount instead of using existing balance : will open another ticket for that).
