Terminal Failed to Send SL to Bitget - Unrealized Losses

Bug details:

Hello, I sent a BTC buy order to Bitget using the terminal. I made sure I had TP and SL already configured in Gainium. Buy order was instantly placed along with TP on the exchange, but SL was not placed some reason.

I was confused by the UI, I thought I safely closed the deal in the exchange, but somehow it remained open without a SL. Today I see that I’m down 4% from 79k…

There seems to be a problem with the Bitget API. I will share the screenshots below but I also have a video I can send privately for further investigation. I’d be happy to help troubleshooting this.

Hello! Thank you for reporting this issue. We have received your bug report and will investigate it shortly. It appears there was a problem with the Stop Loss not being placed on Bitget after a BTC buy order. To help us with our investigation, could you please provide the Deal ID for this specific trade? This will allow us to look into the transaction details more efficiently. We appreciate you offering to share the video privately and will reach out if we need further assistance with troubleshooting. We will update you as soon as we have more information.

I’ve tried a few times, but did not observe the SL in the exchange at all. I ended up closing them manually.

SL order is a market order and never placed in advance. If we try to place order at worse price than now, exchange will just fill it at current price.
Some exchanges has kind of stop loss orders, but its logic not appliable to our logic.

We are monitoring price to place a SL order and it never placed in advance.
