Bug info: Telegram: Contact @gainiumio
This is about issues with the slower execution of orders through the trading terminal and its subsequent lagging behavior. Couldn’t upload the recording directly here so had to share it via TG. I hope there will be a fix for this.
Below is the original text shared on TG
This is the screen recording of an order placed through the terminal on Bitget Futures. It took almost 20 seconds for the order to go through to the exchange and then another few seconds before it executed. Is this a normal behavior?Additionally, the terminal lags terribly and freezes almost everything. I’ve recorded this on mobile but the performance is even worse on a laptop.

Is there a way to disable charts and everything else I don’t need on the terminal page to make the page as light as possible. The Gainium chart is anyway not much helpful for me.

Even though most orders I send are limit, they are executed as market. It is understood that order books might not have even spreads. However, please add an option to execute orders at a fixed% away. For example, when using limit price, an option can be added as place order -0.3% away from the current price. So, if the current price is 0.600, the terminal would send an order to be placed at around 0.598.
