There is no need, you can add the affiliate account as a new exchange, and let the deals of the old one finish

Ares mentioned only main account API will be free trading
Other bot products will cease as only 1 bybit account can be verified with 1 ID

Oh right maybe you can’t have both at the same time because when you transfer kyc the old account may not be able to close the positions, I’m not sure what are the restrictions when the account is not kyc.

We don’t have an end date yet for the unlimited trading promo.

I signed up for an OKX account.

I cannot create an API key with Linking third party app, the list is empty.

So I created a normal API trading key. When I enter them in Gainium. I get an error ‘API keys not valid for spot’ I created 2 sets of API keys, just in case I copied my keys wrong.

What can I do to get OKX to work.

Sounds like there is a problem with the internet connection or browser. The list of third party apps shouldn’t be empty. Perhaps it wasn’t saved properly. I would try again from another browser.

I tried 3 browsers on 2 computers on 2 different locations. The list stays empty.

Should normal API keys also work with unlimited trading?

Not sure what could be the problem. I suggest telling OKX support that the list of third party apps is empty. Technically you can create an api from scratch, but you need to add IP manually as described here Enhancing security of your exchange API keys

Yes if using the affiliate link the account should be recognized as unlimited trading.

I did create the API key manually (with IP and without IP) but they are not accepted by Gainium.

When I login I got redirected to the European server https://my.okx.com/ is this server supported with Gainium?

Yes it’s supported as far as I know. Our sever is located in Bulgaria. Tagging @maksym.shamko to double check.

We added support for okx Europe, you can select it on the exchange page after today’s update.

I just added the Exchange. But I do not see ‘Unlimitted trading’ like I see at my bybit exchange.

I checked with Maksym. Turns out that the Europe version doesn’t send affiliate info, so we cannot determine affiliate status. Unfortunately okx Europe is not supported for the promo.
