I created everything from scratch, i.e. a new Bybit account linked to a new email and a new KYC registration, verified Ok, created APi and connected to Gainium, filled out the form to receive promo 20$, I still see Account Free, alignment timelines what are they?

It should be immediate after the system recognizes the affiliate. Can you see on the account that is under our affiliate? I think somewhere it will say.

Is OKX Europe still not supported? I’ve just created an account through the affiliate link and during signup it showed the affiliate code.
What do you mean “still” not supported? It never had a problem AFAIK, mine is in Europe as well.
Ah sorry, my bad, I meant if OKX Europe is supported for the unlimited trading promo? As I was able to create an account through the afiliate link.

Thanks Ares! I’ve just completed verification and connected OKX to Gainium, however I dont see the ‘Unlimited trading’ at the Exchanges tab. Or is it because I’ve already got a paid Gainium subscription?
No, it should show. Can you confirm I’m the referred? Maybe it says somewhere in settings. Also make sure it’s the main account.
Cant find it in the settings at OKX, but I’ve double checked when I created the account:
After using your Sign up link I was transferred to my.okx.com because I’m from the Netherlands, the refferalcode was already filled in at my.okx.com and was shown in the URL:

Hi there,
I registered at Bybit using the affiliate link but im still at my free plan. Api is connected and i have oner bot running so that works but somehow it end there. Any way to check this?

then what I would recommend is to check in the Exchanges if you find an account with this indication under the name “Unlimitted trading”, otherwise if you don’t see it, the first thing to do is to link that account with the API as stated in the official guide : https://gainium.io/help/connect-to-bybit, then verify that you list that account as a reference in your BOTs.
