Bug info: Many deals closing with substantial loss today. This is not possible even if considering time lag or slips. Below is a list of deals with substantial losses and there are many others with losses. Though the market is moving in my expected direction and the bots are getting ready with all the deals lined up, this issue is simply very disheartening. Please look into it seriously!
All deals were closed around 21 Oct 2024 14:09:00 to 14:20:00 GMT. However as per the bot settings, deals can only be opened or closed at every 30 minute mark. So this is very weird too.

We investigated the reason. It was a delay because there was a problem with one of the update balances method, which we already fixed yesterday. However the delay didn’t affect negatively to all deals, some of them closed at a better price because of the delay. The highest loss deal of -33% would have actually had closed at a worse price. I can see many deals closed in profit during this time as well. In any case the issue has already been fixed
Thanks for clarification! At least we know the reason otherwise it’s quite scary. Hope it doesn’t happen again.
Regarding the loss, I mean it shouldn’t close the deals in the first place since I set 1% profit as the minimum TP condition.

Currently there is no ban from binance, but since the bots couldn’t send orders for a couple of hours there is a queue. Not much we can do about it other than waiting for the queue to clear on its own.
Let me know if you want to restore those deals. Tomorrow I will compute the losses and get back to you.
Where are those order messages queued? If it’s on Gainium’s side there could be a timestamp when a message was queued and the queue could make sure that the delay doesn’t become to big.
Yes agree! Deal opening and closing are time sensitive, if there is a big delay, the deal action is no longer relevant. I’d much prefer to wait for the next correct trigger condition.
