Which is right and which wrong?

The graph on the left shows an increase of 3650 but the numbers on the right say “Profit 2300.39”. Which is right and which is wrong?

Both are correct in their own way. The stats can only show what profits the deals made. Long deals usually by increasing the amount of quote, “short” spot deals by either recovering quote or increasing the amount of base. But those stats don’t tell us anything about the value of the volatile currencies that we are holding as base or quote currency, which usually is a lot more than we actively use during deals. To see their value in the stats we would have to buy them via long deals without DCA, SL and TP. They would result in according uPnL values. If we haven’t done so, the only way to find out about that is the portfolio value.
