Minimum tp is not a sell trigger, is a filter. You need another sell trigger, example indicator. If the indicator is true and the profit is over the min tp, then it will sell.
Please! Of course, there are technical indicators for generating trade signals. I trusted you saw that at first glimpse when checking the bot-url. I have some 20 copies of the same bot running in real life (and 16 on paper). Most of them work (sell) perfectly, but a couple of them miss selling when the technical indicators should generate sell signals.
