ByBit Exchange, new Bot is not starting

Hello Support,

i have connected succesfully Bybit account, and I would like to start a Bot, unfortunately the system says i’v reached the max amount of bot with my plan.

I was under the impression we could start unlimited bot using bybit exchange.

I did create my Bybit account using the affiliate link.

When the account is using the affiliate link it will have a badge “Unlimited trading”, under the name. If you don’t see the badge it was not recognized as our affiliate.
