I received an error reporting a position couldn’t be closed, I realised this deal was not existing anymore in the exchange because the robot closed it, I tried to intervene manually but no matter what I do, it stays there in the page.
now it’s gone but the operations between the Robot and the Exchange are still recovering, it comes 1 instruction every 30/45 seconds. Are you experiencing extreme performance issues?
Hello, thanks for the report. This is related to the recent problem with Indicator service in OKX exchange/ Server load. The deal was closed as expected, it just took a while for it to be updated on the bot page. We released some fixes, and it should be working as expected now. I will mark it as solved in the meantime, but feel free to reach out if the problem persists.
