I have tried everything to manually stop this bot for the last 15 min and close its deal and the bot refused to do anything. It looks like it still running a deal even if all its orders are gone on the exchange.
I had to manually close the orders on the exchange.
Please help.
Update : it finally stopped after almost 20 min… looks like it is due to super slow server. I know you are on it guies but that’s scary. 
It is getting worse and worse. I cannot start bot nor stop them anymore, and same issue for the deals. Platform is unusable and thus I am pilling losses.
Same here, they should give free few month for this!
Hello, thanks for the report. This is related to the recent problem with Indicator service in OKX exchange/ Server load. We released some fixes, and it should be working as expected now. I will mark it as solved in the meantime, but feel free to reach out if the problem persists.
And yes we will extend the subscriptions to thank users with their patience on the recent issues.
