Still receiving the error 'Error: Not enough balance.......'

Today I created three bots, two have the error below. Two different exchanges, Bybit and OKX.

I created the bots again. For okx bot the error is gone.

For my bybit bot, which I recreated, still the problem.

Looks like this error is not related to previous exchange problems we had. I will check and return to you.
Meanwhile you can manually buy the remainder need to place all orders.

I added some extra USDT en restarted the bot. And now problem is solved. So I think somewhere a calc issue.

Hello! I am experiencing the same error with many bots over and over. I have the message not enough balance to add a TP but it is not really true.

Example here :
Error: Not enough balance Order id: D-TP-g11jrrKuITCAeRznaKV7Z0dN8hJCro, side: sell, price - 1.66328 , order type: deal close, balance total - 33.76081 ARKM, free - 25.55081 ARKM, required - 33.75 ARKM

Required : 33.7ARKM - free : 25.5ARKM but Locked : 8.21ARKM. If you sum locked + free it is enough. What I fon’t understand is why there is a part free and a part locked, all the ARKM that I have is from this bot, not purchased any personally.

I tried to restart the bot but it does not help, I see step by step how it cancel all the DCAs, then it creates again all the DCAs and at the moment to create the TP the error happens again.

The problem in this topic is related to Grid bots only.

In your case, I assume there was a missed orders/events due to our server problem. Looking on your message, seems there are locked asset. If you didnt placed sell order manually, I suggest to go to exchange, cancel the order and then restart the bot.

Sorry I can open a new bug report if needed. I can do this for this time but it is just no manageable if this keeps happening later each time a DCA is filled in every bot :sweat_smile:

There was a general problem in the system, which we assume should be fixed in short time.
