The combo bot does not close

Bug info: I have a combo bot in DOGE long x3. It’s about to get liquidated on the Bybit exchange, but I can’t close it. I’ve tried several times, but the combo remains active, and the current deal does not close

  • Bot URL → Gainium app
  • [Optional] Steps to reproduce → 1. Select a combo bot. 2. Close a combo bot option close deal to market
  • Expected result → Bot and deal closed

Hello thanks for the report. This is related to the recent problem with Indicator service in OKX exchange/ Server load. We released some fixes and it should be working as expected now. I will mark it as solved in the meantime but feel free to reach out if the problem persist.
